Welcome to my profile

Thank you for stopping by my profile. I’m excited to share my story and the experiences that shape my work and passion. It started with a personal health challenge, rooted in a well-meaning but nutritionally tolerant diet in childfood. The shift came after consulting with an engaging dietitian, who introduced my family and me to the basics of nutrition. This not only improved my health dramatically but also sparked my curiosity about the nutritional value of food.

Starting Out: A Passion for works

After graduating university, working as a registered dietitian at a senior living facility. For seven years, I focused on consulting about nutrition, creating healthy menus and managing all kitchen operations. This experience taught me a lot about the importance of food in health and mental wellness.

Seeking new challenges, I moved to Malta to learn English, aiming to work on a big scale, international. This led me to join a seafood company with operations worldwide, where I worked on developing new products and managing product quality.

Today: Making a Difference Globally

Now, I work in overseas planning and sales for a Japanese chilled desset company. I use my nutrition knowledge and language skills to help the company grow internationally.

I believe in the importance of knowing more about our food— where it comes from, how it’s made, and how it affects our health. I also would like to share information about food safety and the benefits of understanding what we eat. My next works is to provide advice that assist people make informed choices about their diets, no matter where they are in.
